The River Landing community is located in Temple Terrace, Florida, near the University of South Florida in Tampa. We are a community of 53 zero-lot line single-family homes. River Landing provides a quiet environment with a swimming pool, tennis court, and walking path along the Hillsborough River.

The mission of this webpage is to provide information to homeowners and to provide an opportunity for homeowners to become more engaged with the community.

River Landing homeowners may register for access to the MEMBERS ONLY section of the website by clicking on the Register link upper right hand of this page. Upon approval of the River Landing webmaster, home owners will be able to log in to access the Homeowners pages that contain information about our community and our message board.
